The challenge: Establishing Adventureworks as a category leader in adventure and recreation, building brand awareness and continuity across locations, as well as engaging and growing an ever-changing audience.
Founded on their team building expertise, Adventureworks has built their reputation as the leaders in outdoor aerial adventure—from ziplines to ropes courses. With two locations in Nashville (Fontanel and Kingston Springs), they’ve expanded to Sevierville, TN, Hot Springs, AR, and Virginia Beach, VA.
In order to establish each location and experience as its own entity but still keeping them rooted in the Adventureworks brand, we created continuity in communications, implemented social and digital media strategies, rebuilt the website/UX, developed a new brand identity, and managed SEO/PPC.
Our greatest triumph was at the Virginia Beach location, where revenue increased 570% from the previous year. Social following, social engagement, website users, and website sessions all grew over 30% in their respective categories.
