Elevating small business with FedEx

There are over 32 million small businesses in America, representing a whopping 99.9% of all businesses nationwide. And not unexpectedly, the majority of those businesses reside right here in the New Heartland.

To celebrate the importance of these ventures, FedEx Office retained NHG and experiential agency MKTG to develop a pilot program that would, in addition to shining a spotlight on small business, also serve as a selling tool for the brand’s many services.

The result was FedEx+Me – a platform for small business owners to showcase their products and services, while also providing them the assets to help their business grow.

The platform included networking events, mentorship programs, special FedEx discounts, and a website offering small-business insights from experts, entrepreneurs, and program participants.

Piloted in Austin, Texas, the program’s rapid success led to funding for expansion into additional markets.
