As an iconic, family-owned retailer of western boots and apparel, Stages West in Pigeon Forge, TN, has held a special place in the hearts of New Heartland consumers for nearly half a century.

Situated near the gateway to Great Smoky Mountains National Park – the most frequently-visited National Park in the country – it sees a daily influx of tourists as well as loyal locals.

The challenge was to find a way to maintain brand relevance in such a competitive, tourist-driven hotspot, while also building a robust e-commerce platform to complement its brick-and-mortar store.
